A new west-side book drop has been installed at 1st Presbyterian Church of DuPage, 180 N. Weber Road, across from the Meijer.
“This book drop will help us accommodate the busy lives of our patrons,” said Paul Mills, executive director of the Fountaindale Public Library. “While they are out shopping or running errands, our patrons can drop their materials off at this external location. The library’s Bookmobile now makes a stop at the church two nights a week, so it was a natural location to place a remote book drop. The 1st Presbyterian Church has been a wonderful partner to work with in bringing library services closer to our patrons on the west side of town.”
Patrons can return materials to the book drop at any time. Materials will be picked up once a day, Monday through Saturday, and brought back to the main library where the items will be checked in.
