Fountaindale Public Library cards are available free of charge to Bolingbrook residents who live in the Fountaindale Public Library District upon presentation of two (2) forms of identificaiton that show your current Bolingbrook address within the Fountaindale Public Library District boundaries.  Examples of acceptable documents are listed below:

To apply for a Fountaindale Public Library card, please stop by the Information Desk on the first floor - next to the Cafe - and complete an application.  For your convenience, applications are available for printing by clicking on one of the links below:

Renew Your Library Card

Renewing your Fountaindale Library card only takes a few moments.  Simply bring your current Fountaindale Library card in addition to two (2) forms of identification to the Circulation Desk.  Library cards renew for four (4) years.

Report a Lost Library Card

If you have lost your Foutaindale Library card, please contact us immediately.  We will block your account until you come in to set up a replacement card.  There is no charge for a replacement card.  The Circulation Desk can be reached directly at 630-759-2102.
