Due to a retirement, Fountaindale Public Library District, which serves a community of 67,000 in Bolingbrook, Illinois, is seeking an individual to be our next Human Resources Manager. We are looking for a kind, thoughtful, and experienced HR professional to join us and serve in a leading role in maintaining and growing a great work environment for our 120+ staff.
The HR Manager works with our management and supervisory teams to create and build a kind and friendly environment where all staff may thrive. We are looking for an individual who will help our staff with their concerns and who will manage all the important services – benefits, evaluations, payroll, recruitment – our staff need.
