Starting Monday, May 18, our drive-thru hours are as follows:
Monday–Thursday: noon–9 p.m.
Friday–Saturday: noon–6 p.m.
We’re excited to announce, starting Monday, May 4, we will offer drive-thru service for you to pick up material holds. Our drive-thru hours are Monday–Saturday, noon–6 p.m. You will receive a phone call when your items are ready for pick up, after which you have seven days to pick them up. We ask that you please do not come to the drive-thru until after you have received a phone call from our staff. Please use our 24/7 book drops to return materials; the drive-thru window is for holds pickups only.
All library staff will have access to personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer and disinfectants. At this point in time, we will be quarantining returned material for one week due to an abundance of caution. Please note, this means items will stay on your account for approximately one week after you return them. We are fine free, so you will not be charged any overdue fines. We will review the quarantine period as we move forward.
You may place items on hold from our catalog or contact our staff at 630.759.2102, email@example.com or text 66746 for assistance. Please expect longer than usual wait times for materials to be ready for pick up due to the extended quarantine time for returned materials. Items from other Pinnacle libraries and Interlibrary loan will not be available at this time. If you no longer want to receive your holds, please cancel them online or contact our staff for assistance.
We also encourage you to use your library from home and to view and attend our many virtual programs. If you already have materials checked out, these are not due until June 1, but you may return materials to our 24/7 book drops located at the front of our building or on the north side of our parking lot. Please do not return materials to our drive-thru.
