As a child, I was convinced that my parents took longer to get ready in the morning than I did because they were aliens. Being an alien takes time, after all. They had to zip up their human suits, tuck their tail into the suit and try to get rid of any green skin residue that might get left behind in the process.
It was the only logical explanation.
I waited for the day that Richard Stack of the TV Show, Unsolved Mysteries, would make his way to my small Illinois town so that I could finally tell my story and share my truth with the world.
Sadly that day did not come, but since Unsolved Mysteries is now back with its 15th season on Netflix, some sense of hope in my heart has been restored. I can also confirm that after watching all 6 episodes while ignoring my basic human needs, at least one episode focuses on unexplained phenomena. True crime is great and all, but why worry about that when ancient aliens are lurking among us.
