Your book could also be chosen for review by industry editorial partners and made available to libraries across the country through Indie Author Project Select.

Soon to be Famous Author Contests
Manuscript Project — Launching November 1, 2019
Do you have a manuscript ready to take to the next level? Soon to Be Famous is looking for the best unpublished works of adult fiction. They will accept completed manuscripts of adult fiction in book length from Illinois authors from November 1, 2019 to January 2, 2020.
Illinois Author Project — Annually April 1 to June 1
Are you an Illinois author who has independently or self-published your adult or YA fiction? Are you looking to grow your reach? The Soon to Be Famous Illinois Author Project might be for you! Submit your book through this page to be evaluated by a panel of librarians and potentially win prizes and opportunities to promote your book and much more. Statewide winners will then compete with other regional winners for the title of “Indie Author of the Year.”
