Open Meetings Act: Total Compensation Package
Pursuant to the requirements of 5 ILCS 120/7.3, we have made available in our Human Resource Department, 300 West Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois, the total compensation package for each employee having a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year. The statute defines “total compensation” to mean salary, health insurance, vehicle allowance, clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days and sick days.
In compliance with Illinois Public Act 97-0609, we provide the total compensation package for all employees who earn over $75,000 in total compensation.
