ADULT AND TEEN SERVICES SPECIALIST – READERS ADVISORY (PART-TIME)
We are looking for a passionate reader of adult fiction and nonfiction who wants to share their love of books with the diverse community of Fountaindale Public Library! This position will allow you to share your love of reading through writing blog posts, creating book displays, and much more. This position requires strong technology skills, as you will assist patrons in basic and advanced use of eResources (eBooks, eAudiobooks, and streaming media).

Fountaindale Public Library District, which proudly serves the diverse community of Bolingbrook. We are looking for responsible individuals to perform duties to monitor and provide a safe and functional environment for patrons and staff. Our monitors provide consistent, gracious and friendly service to internal and external customers. The ideal member to this team will be able to interact in a positive and professional manner while preserving order and protecting the facilities.
We are looking for an individual to perform all duties necessary to provide effective patron access to materials, with concentration on material returns, sorting, shelving, shifting, straightening and weeding. As a member of this team, you will learn to set up carts of materials, you will shelve on all three floors of our magnificent library and be trained to work with our state of the art Automated Materials Handling system.
