Getting a Library Card is as Easy as 1-2-3
Step 1: Check if you’re a district resident.
Fountaindale Public Library cards are available free of charge to residents who live within our district boundaries. Not sure if you live in our district? Enter your address on the map below to find out.
Please note, this map is an approximation of our district boundaries. Your tax bill ultimately defines your residency within our district. If you have a tax bill for your home, simply look to see if it lists Fountaindale Public Library District (Foun Pub Lib Dist). For questions about your tax bill and residency, please contact the Will County Clerk at 815.740.4615 or the DuPage County Election Commission at 630.407.5600. The Will County Supervisor of Assessments also offers a property search that shows if Fountaindale Public Library is included in your taxing bodies.
Step 2: Gather two forms of identification.
Please bring in two forms of identification (ID) that show your current Bolingbrook address. One form of ID must have a photo.
Common forms of ID:
- Driver’s License, Permit or State ID
- Current or Last Month Bill (Cable TV, Utility, Credit Card, Etc.)
- Passport
