Donating Books, Movies and More
The Friends of Fountaindale Library are always looking for donations of gently used books to add to the Book Cellar and the Nook. If you have books to donate, feel free to drop them off at the 1st Floor Information Desk. If you have a lot to donate, please schedule an appointment with our Friends liaison at 630.685.4216.
We accept donations of:
- Books—must be in good condition: no writing, water damage or ripped covers or pages
- Children’s Puzzles
We DO NOT accept donations of:
- Blu-rays, DVDs or VHS Tapes
- CDs or Records (LPs)
- Dictionaries, Encyclopedias or Textbooks
- Magazines or Newspapers
