We are always working to add new Bookmobile stops around the community so everyone can enjoy easy access to library services. Our newest stop is now at Ashbury’s at Boughton Ridge, located at 335 E. Boughton Road. This spring, enjoy a variety of engaging programs on the Bookmobile at Ashbury’s every Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. for fun activities and a sense of community spirit! MARCH: READ ACROSS AMERICA DAY
If you love to read, celebrate Read Across America Day with us. Check out one of our new book bundles, each with a different theme and prize inside! Book bundles are available for all ages. We’re sure you’ll find something you like.
APRIL: EARTH DAY FUN
Celebrate Earth Day with a free plantable Earth circle containing wildflower seeds, while supplies last! Just add water, plant the circle and watch a living garden transform before your eyes. While visiting the Bookmobile, be sure to check out an item from our Earth Day display and discover ways to care for our planet through reading.
MAY: CELEBRATE EVERYTHING PEANUT BUTTER
Calling all peanut butter lovers! Take our Reese’s Pieces Challenge! Guess how many Reese’s Pieces are in the jar for a chance to win them all. After taking the challenge, check out a silly story featuring peanut butter, a cookbook for a delicious recipe or a fun coloring page.
