In order to help protect our patrons and staff, and in adherence with the state of Illinois’ phase 4 meeting room guidelines, we ask that you please adhere to the following requirements when visiting our building:
Wear a face covering or mask at all times
Maintain social distancing of at least six feet apart
Wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer often
No food or drink inside the library (Please note, our water fountains are turned off, and Brooks Cafe is not open at this time.)
Staff will wipe down furniture and equipment with disinfectant between groups
Reduced capacities and availability for meeting spaces—see below for more details
Our meeting rooms are perfect for business meetings, group presentations, community gatherings and so much more! Each room comes equipped with an HD projector with HDMI/VGA inputs, a 16:9 projection screen, a Blu-ray/DVD player, an HD stereo sound system and four assistive listening devices. A phone with conferencing capability, a whiteboard/flip chart and a podium are available upon request.
Meeting Room A
Capacity: 15 people
UNAVAILABLE: Meeting Room B, Meeting Room C and the Board Room are not currently available for reservation.
Meeting rooms must be reserved at least three days in advance by patrons 18 and older with a Fountaindale Library card in good standing. Individuals, groups and businesses are limited to one reservation of up to six hours every 14 days. Reservations are not taken more than 90 days in advance. Please read our Meeting Room Policy before making your reservation.
We are now accepting reservations for Meeting Room A for Saturday, August 1.
