BTS Joins Homefest, Fountaindale Public LibraryWith tours, shows and movies being canceled all around the world while people are confined to their homes, times may seem rather dire or boring. But as we have seen in recent days, celebrities want to continue to connect with fans. Many have taken to online platforms to send messages or perform for the vast online community. BTS recently announced that their Map of the Soul 7 tour has been officially postponed, and though they continue to connect with their fans via VLive and Weverse, there is nothing quite like the excitement to see them perform live. Well BTS ARMYs all over the world are going to be happy to hear that tonight they will get as close to a live performance as one can get.

On March 25, James Corden took to Twitter to announce he’s hosting what he has dubbed #Homefest. In an effort to keep to our new social distancing norm, BTS and other artists, including Billie Ellish, Dua Lipa, John Legend and Will Ferrell, have agreed to be interviewed or perform from their individual residences or studios for Homefest. ARMYs all over the world will have an opportunity to see BTS perform once again! Homefest will be broadcast on the CBS network and CBS All Access tonight, Monday, March 30 at 9 p.m.

Don’t forget that our library can still keep you connected to your favorite artists via Freegal Music who boasts an ample K-pop collection and just announced that patrons can stream music 24 hours a day through September!
