Clear up lingering fines on your account while doing a good deed! Donate new children’s winter hats, mittens, gloves or scarves at the 1st Floor Circulation Desk, and we’ll remove $2 in fines (up to $20) per item you donate. All items will be displayed on our mitten tree in the lobby and then donated to Operation Christmas: Bolingbrook.
Please note: Collection agency fees, billed items that are not returned and billed Studio 300 equipment do not qualify.
Other Ways to Give
Operation Christmas will have a donation box in our lobby until Saturday, December 21. Please consider donating any items on their donation wish list:
- Clothes (all sizes)
- Toys & electronics (board games, handheld games, coloring books, DVDs, etc.)
- Personal care items (hair care products and appliances, purses, body wash, perfume/cologne, makeup, etc.)
- Sports equipment
- Monetary & gift card donations
- Nonperishable food items
