We recently had the chance to sit down with keyboardist and composer Charlie Coffeen to get an insight into the music industry. Coffeen, a Chicago native, is best known for his work with the Chicago based hip-hop/soul group Sidewalk Chalk, where he spent 10 years as the band’s leader.
Coffeen has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with artists such as D’Angelo, ?uestlove, De La Soul, Hiatus Kaiyote, Jean Grae and Action Bronson, to name a few.
