Are you tired of bingeing on movies, TV shows and food? Then it’s time for some exercise. But if you’re like me and don’t enjoy the repetition of exercise sets, then learning a new dance may be the perfect activity for you!

One of my favorite activities to get some exercise is learning K-pop choreography. The music is high-energy, so you’ll be sweating in no time. My favorite channel to learn some new dance moves is Brian and Ellen on YouTube. They are great dancers who make it easy for you to follow their steps and have fun as you learn.
