Strategic Plan
We constantly strive to improve the services we offer to our patrons, and we value continual growth and development. To achieve this, we implemented a new five-year strategic plan in 2022 that was developed collaboratively through a survey and focus groups that solicited and received feedback from all of the key stakeholders in our library—our patrons, friends, staff and our board.
